„Groove Club“ is one of the oldest sessions in town (15 years now)!
Every second Thursday, musicians and music lovers meet after their concerts and jam together late into the night.
And if you just want to listen, you’re very welcome to enjoy this amazing music.
WBU is THE after-hour jam session in Vienna. It starts at 22:00, and you can play until 3:00.
And even the openers are completely improvised!

So grab your instrument and join! Learn from the best musicians in the city and network within the scene.

Another Hip-Hop Special comin‘ around…the SYNDUB ORCHESTRA will perform a Synth-driven Live Beat-Session deliverin‘ a musical foundation for the one and only FUCHS MC on the mic, who will smash it by his rhymes. Later on it will turn into an Open Jam with Open Mic and Open Synths…all Rappers, Singgers and Players very welcome.

A journey through different styles of this eternal and everlastin‘ genre is offered by SUNTOZ, who will play before and after the Session…so don’t hesitate and join us for a HIP-HOP SUNDAY @ LOOP Vienna.

Die Schönbach-Sessions haben ihre Wurzeln im Jazzseminar Schönbach und bieten die Möglichkeit, regelmäßig gemeinsam zu musizieren, zu jammen, sich zu treffen und sich auszutauschen.

Zu den Schönbach-Sessions sind alle MusikerInnen eingeladen, die miteinander ohne Genregrenzen jammen und Musik kreieren wollen. Viefalt, Kreativität und Authentizität sind gefragt!

Stick A Bush
ist eine Offbeat/Dub/Dance Formation, die sich Anfang 2019 in Wien gegründet hat. Die Leidenschaft zur jamaikanischen Musik sowie die Affinität zu anderen Musikrichtungen wie z.B. HipHop und Jazz hat uns zusammengeführt und unseren eigenen Sound kreieren lassen. Den wir bei der neuen Veranstaltungsreihe Stick A Sunday monatlich präsentieren werden!

Carlos Emilio verbindet pulsierende Beats mit handgemachter Musik, tiefgehende Texte mit tanzbaren Grooves, karibisches Feuer mit deutscher Lyrik. Was als reines Studio-Projekt begann, hat sich zu einer mitreißenden Live-Band entwickelt: Ein Jazz-Piano-Trio plus Gesang – mit Raum für Improvisation, Rap, große Melodien und virtuose Soli.

Carlos Emilio, Sänger, Trompeter und Songwriter mit kubanischen Wurzeln, begann seine musikalische Reise mit im Studio produzierten Tracks. Jetzt erklingen seine Songs neu arrangiert mit echten Instrumenten – organisch, lebendig und voller Energie. Mal sanft und erzählerisch, mal kraftvoll und rhythmusbetont, schlägt seine Musik die Brücke zwischen Jazz, Hip-Hop und Latin-Grooves.
