Jazz

The Négyessy Barnabás Quartet is originally a band from Budapest, but they have also performed several times in Vienna. The band represents the modern jazz direction in the Hungarian music scene, their repertoire consists mainly of their own compositions and arrangements of some well-known songs from the jazz tradition. Their compositions are influenced by contemporary jazz, free improvisation, rock, pop, as well as classical and folk music.
